Unison
Unison File Synchronizer is a highly customizable multi-platform file synchronization tool. I use Unison to keep my files synchronized across 4 different computers with 2 different OSes.
The current development version of Unison has built in Unicode-filename-support (something that was tragically missing from earlier versions), but unfortunately precompiled binaries are not readily available for all platforms yet. Building Unison from source is pretty easy, but if you want to avoid the hassle you can use my binaries below.

Precompiled binaries (with Unicode-support, no GUI):
- unison-2.39.0-osx.zip (compiled under MacOSX 10.5.3, 568 kb)
- unison-2.39.0-cygwin.zip (compiled under Cygwin 1.7.1/Win2k3 32bit SP2, 564 kb)
